Dear Academy of Rock Friends and Families,

Since we are the verge of a potential big winter storm, I thought it would be best to remind everyone about our policy regarding weather.

Weekdays:
1. Lincoln Public Schools – If LPS cancels school, all Academy of Rock classes are canceled for that day as well… no matter what.
2. Afternoon/Evening Storms – For developing storms, you will be contacted by phone before 3:00pm if determined classes will be canceled.

We will also send out an email notification, post it on our website, and change our answering machine to announce the closing. – 402-471-1828 – just listen to the message.

Weekends
On weekends I may not have access to my email list (working on it). I will update our website and answering machine by 10:00am. Just call – 402-471-1828 to check.

If you are unsure about if there is class or not… just check the website or call the answering machines! If there is no weather announcement after 3:00pm on weekdays and 10:00am on weekends there WILL be class.

We’re really happy about it because it allows us to share video, audio, photos, an online registration, a new Google calendar that you can match up to yours, this cool blog, and much more. This website was developed by my cousin as a Wedding Gift, THANKS ERIC!

This Blog will be a place where we share random news with you. We’ll update it often. It will include news about upcoming things you’ll need to know about, as well as discuss cool bands Bob and I like, places to eat, tips on buying instruments, and all kinds of stuff that comes into our heads.
